We are seeking a Sales Professional with expertise in dealing with Biomass products which includes discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.Major Responsibilities
- Generate inquiries on the Biomass briquettes and pellets on a daily basis through cold calls, visit to industrial units and establish contacts through industrial exhibitions, websites, net search etc.
- Manage and track regular procurement updates for power plants
- Responsible for complete sales cycle from client onboarding to payment collection
- Customer visits on generated inquiries
- Maintaining Customer Relationship and follow ups
- Day-to-Day Reporting to Sales Coordinators
- Responsible for meeting the plan with respect to sales activities assigned
- Maintain and update CRM regularly with customer data and correspondence
- Generate sales order and purchase order in internal ERP system
- Provide dispatch plans to the plant for necessary scheduling
- Manage the debtors with support from finance & accounts team
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly sales reports to manager
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and grievance handling
Requirements
- Prior experience of working in the renewable energy industry & selling biomass products.
- B.E. / B.Tech background is a plus to understand product better
- Well versed with bidding for tender through GeM Portal as well as other sites
- 2 to 4 years in B2B sales is preferable
- Must be proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace to generate reports and data logging
- Should have good presentation skills
- Fluent in English, Hindi is a must
+ Field Sales Executive - Industrial Gas
Location - Mumbai, Maharashtra & Dahej, Gujarat

- Understand products offered and applications to respective industries

- Periodic monitoring of the production process industrial gas facility
- Assisting in the maintenance of the equipment as per the condition monitoring schedule
- Maintaining periodic logs of the readings based on SOPs
- Ensure that the production process runs safely and smoothly and that the plant produces quality results
- Day-to-Day Reporting to Head Office
- Responsible for meeting the production reliability to meet the continuous supply requirements of pipeline customer
- Responsible to monitor truck movements and drivers coordination
- Perform other administrative tasks as well
